Integrated Check Points

We are executing the turn key project for the Integrated Check Points at Bumpagang and Rinchending, Chukha Dzongkhag. The work includes “Design, Supply, Install, fabricate and finishing of Offices, Gates, Railings and Utility Services, Plumbing & Sanitation and other allied Civil works for ICPs at Rinchending & Bumpagang, Chukha.

Rinchending is located approximately four kilometres from Phuentsholing main town and Bumpagang is approximately 80 kilometres from Phuentsholing

Pre-Engineered works
Stage I:

  1. Structural design of proposed offices, gates and railings for ICPs.
  2. Electrical and utility services design of the offices and gates. The electrical design shall also include street lighting.
  3. Prepare and submit complete shop drawings of the proposed offices, gates and railings, Plumbing (Outdoor & Indoor) & sanitation with proposed materials.
  4. Develop detailed Technical specifications for all works included in the scope and their cost estimates.
  5. All the designs and specifications prepared for this construction project shall be based on the Architectural drawings and layout provided by Client.
  6. Successful bidder shall present the designs and specifications to the client for necessary approval with samples of each

 

Stage II:

  1. Supply all the necessary materials required for the constructions and finishing within the scope of works.
  2. Construct, fabricate, install and finish all the components (Architectural, structural, civil, electrical and utility services) as per the approved design or as per the instruction of the client.
  3. Supply, securing, installation and finishing of appropriate railing along designated footpath at ICP, Rinchending.
