Chimmi RD Construction Pvt. Ltd was the inspiration of the birth of my eldest daughter, Chimmi Rigzen Dolkar (CRD) and hence the name, Chimmi R. D. Construction Pvt. Ltd. Our company is the physical manifestation of a fathers pledge to his daughter to build a better world for her generation and generations beyond.
In doing so, we at Chimmi R. D. strive to work with a greater sense of purpose to the benefit of both our clients and employees. We always place our clients at the top our agenda and are guided by our principle of “Excellence & Fairness”. Fairness in securing our work through fair means, devoid of any corruption and incompetence, excellence in delivering our work of highest standards through environmental and community friendly work practices; and fairness and excellence as the cornerstone of our engagement with our clients and communities.
Our company has a strong relationship with the communities in which we have worked through our humble philanthropic engagement. We have touched the lives of few isolated communities in the districts by deploying workforce and machineries free of cost; making donations in the community charitable trust funds; and helping the monasteries upkeep a decent and healthy Buddhist pursuit.
Our journey from a ‘one man founded and managed’ to a private limited company has not been without ups and down, highs and low but in all fairness, it has been a smooth sail. It has been a smooth sail chiefly on account of hard work, dedication and teamwork hinged on the aforementioned principles, and unwavering support from my parents, family, siblings, relatives and friends. We wouldn’t have come thus far, had it not been for your support and well wishes. To all the people who placed their trust and faith in me and my team, giving a helping hand in our arduous journey, the word ‘Thank You’ is too little too less but most opportune of the moment, I sincerely Thank You.
We are a family founded and managed company headquartered in Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan and engaged in construction activities in most of the districts of Bhutan.
