Project Description:
The 64 Road Construction Company (GREF) is responsible for the supply, transportation, and systematic stacking of construction materials, including stone chips, sand, and stone dust, for the Darrandga–Trashigang Road resurfacing project. The materials will be delivered to designated sites along the road alignment and arranged to facilitate efficient usage during resurfacing operations.
The scope includes:

Procurement of stone chips, sand, and stone dust meeting the specified gradation and quality standards.

Transportation of materials from approved sources to the project site.

Proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent contamination, segregation, or wastage.

Coordination with the road resurfacing team to ensure timely availability of materials in line with the project schedule.

Adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality control protocols throughout the operation.
All works will be executed under the supervision of the designated GREF Officer, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and standard construction practices. This approach will facilitate smooth, efficient, and high-quality resurfacing of the Darrandga–Trashigang Road.
